How much does cleaning cost?
It depends on the service and the size of the job. A full house deep clean is €3.50 per m² (a 3-bed is about €350), sofas from €75, mattresses from €45, ovens €55–65, regular cleaning €120 a visit. Use the calculator above for an estimate, and you get a fixed price before any work begins.
Do you give a fixed price before starting?
Yes, always. You know exactly what you’re paying before any work begins, and the price we agree is the price you pay.
Do I need to send photos?
They help us give an accurate fixed price, but they’re not essential. You can just tell us what you need.
Do I need to be at home?
Not at all. Plenty of people leave a key or let us in and head off. Whatever you’re comfortable with.
What products do you use?
Certified, eco-friendly and scent-free products, with commercial-grade extraction and steam equipment.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. Everything is selected with children and pets in mind, and rooms are usable again the same day once dry.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. Your home and belongings are covered while we work.
How long does a cleaning take?
A sofa takes 1–2 hours, a typical 3-bed deep clean 5–7 hours, a standard room takes about a day to paint. The calculator shows a rough time for each service.
Do you clean sofas, carpets and rugs?
Yes, with hot-water extraction. Sofas and carpets are usually dry in a few hours; a mattress can take up to a day.
Do you clean ovens?
Yes. Racks, trays, glass and interior, €55–65, on its own or added to another clean.
Do you do end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes, to inspection standard and to your handover date, with the oven included. For tenants, landlords and agents.
Do you do after-renovation cleaning?
Yes. Fine builder’s dust off every surface, paint splashes and plaster lifted, ready to move into.
Do you clean commercial properties?
Yes: offices, shops and rental properties. Send us the details and photos for a fixed quote.
Which areas of Donegal do you cover?
Letterkenny and across Donegal, about 50 km. Between 30 and 50 km the minimum order is €200.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash, after the work is done. We’re not VAT registered, so the quoted price is the price you pay.
