What this service is
Builder’s dust gets everywhere: ceilings, walls, frames, radiators. I go through it methodically, often twice, so it doesn’t settle back a week later.
If only part of the house is cleaned, dust from the rest settles back. A full clean is the one that lasts.
A hoover won’t touch renovation dust. This is the step that turns a finished build into a home you can move into.
After the builders — fine dust off every surface, so you can actually move in.
Once the build dust is gone, a regular visit keeps the new place looking the way it did on day one — without you lifting a finger.

Prices
Guide prices. Send a couple of photos and you get one fixed price for the lot, agreed before any work begins. Bank transfer or cash after the job. Travelling 30–50 km from Letterkenny: minimum order €200.

When should I book it?
Once the last trade is gone and the paint is dry, so it only needs doing once.
