What this service is
Moving out and need the deposit back, or getting a place ready for new tenants? A thorough clean to inspection standard, done to your handover date.
Book it after the furniture is gone: an empty place takes half the time and nothing gets missed behind a wardrobe.
Tell me your handover date and I’ll work to it. Fixed price agreed before I start.
Carpets and sofas are where deposits are won or lost. Worth a proper extraction clean at the same time, while the place is empty.
