Cleaning services across Inishowen: Buncrana, Carndonagh, Moville

Inishowen has a lot of holiday homes, a lot of rentals and not many cleaners. I cover the peninsula from Letterkenny; here is how it works and what it costs.

What I clean in Inishowen

• Holiday homes and Airbnbs in Buncrana, Moville, Culdaff and Malin: changeover cleans €90–120, or a proper deep clean at the start and end of the season.
• Family homes: deep cleans at €3.50 per m², regular cleaning at €120 a visit.
• Sofas, carpets, mattresses: the damp Inishowen air is hard on soft furnishings. Extraction cleaning lifts out what a hoover can’t. Prices here.
• End of tenancy for landlords with houses in Buncrana or Carndonagh who live elsewhere: I send photos when it’s done. End of tenancy cleaning.

Distance and minimum order

Buncrana is 27 km from Letterkenny; Carndonagh 45 km; Moville 52 km. Between 30 and 50 km the minimum order is €200. In practice that means a deep clean, or a sofa plus carpets, or two smaller jobs on the same visit. If you and a neighbour both need something done, I’ll happily do both the same day and split the travel.
