House cleaning in Donegal Town and south Donegal

Donegal Town is 41 km from Letterkenny, so I don’t come for a single oven. Here is what makes the trip worthwhile for both of us, and what it costs.

What works best from this distance

Anything 30–50 km from Letterkenny has a €200 minimum order. For Donegal Town that means:

• A full house deep clean: €3.50 per m², a 3-bed around €350. This is most of what I do in south Donegal.
• After-renovation cleaning: €5–8 per m². Builders’ dust in every drawer; I take it out.
• End of tenancy for landlords: cleaned to inspection standard, photos sent.
• Sofa + carpets + mattresses on one visit: a 3-seater (€95), the sitting-room carpet (€10 per m²) and two mattresses (from €45 each) clears the minimum comfortably.

Towns I cover in the south

Donegal Town, Mountcharles, Laghey, Ballintra, Ballyshannon and Bundoran (the last two are at the edge of my range; ask and I’ll tell you straight). Also Glenties and Ardara on the west side.
